As a former City Attorney, Mr. Hall is uniquely experienced at advising governmental entities. He is known for devising and advocating practical solutions for complex legal issues, often in a highly-charged political atmosphere.

Civil Litigation

Mr. Hall has decades of trial experience, obtaining favorable outcomes for clients in jury trials, bench trials and contested administrative hearings. He works closely with clients to understand the nature of the dispute, review their expectations and counsel them on the most cost-effective means of reaching a resolution. Mr. Hall prides himself on providing aggressive protection marked by a wealth of knowledge of the law and courts. Mr. Hall recognizes that the litigation process starts well in advance of any lawsuit ever being filed. Aviation/Airline Industry

Mr. Hall, a licensed commercial rated pilot, has developed a special practice in airport and aviation matters, representing airports and airport related business, including airlines, cargo carriers, car rental companies, and airport concessionaires. He has extensive experience in airport finance, airline negotiations, airport concessions, and land leasing and development. Mr. Hall has assisted a number of concessionaires with major airport concessions around the United States and has had oversight negotiating airline-airport use agreements, rental car facility agreements, fuel system lease agreements, management agreements, rental car lease and concession agreements, and other ground transportation agreements.

Corporate Governance

Mr. Hall understands the challenges facing corporate executives and directors and believes that a strong Board of Directors is crucial to the success of any corporation. He has experience as a public company Board member, specifically as Chairman of a Fortune 500 company corporate governance committee. Mr. Hall is adept at consulting with Boards, Special Board Committees, independent directors and corporate executives of public corporations on a broad range of corporate governance matters, including best practices to help develop the right Board composition, organization of the Board and its committees, Board and committee performance evaluations, Director performance evaluations, attaining Board diversity, and other corporate governance issues.
